Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to email us at hello@rainbae.com with your usual size and measurements and we'll be happy to help.
You're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, view your order history, and save items to your wishlist.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it's
dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every
step of the way.
Please check your tracking link first — it will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery. If your parcel appears delayed or the tracking hasn't updated, contact us at hello@rainbae.com and we'll look into it for you.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding to more regions in the future — stay tuned.
Standard UK delivery is £3.58. Orders over £75 qualify for free UK shipping, applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
UK orders are dispatched the next business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail. Please note delivery
times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our
control.
We currently offer standard Royal Mail 48hr delivery. We'll update this page if express options become available.
For UK customers, all prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. There are no additional customs charges on delivery within the UK.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@rainbae.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Rainbae is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, odours, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Email us at hello@rainbae.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your request and send you instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address in your confirmation email.
Yes. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. See below for details.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
• Submit photographic or video evidence to hello@rainbae.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep the item in its full original packaging
• Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
If more than 10 working days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@rainbae.com.
We don't process direct exchanges. To receive a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Yes. All prices displayed for UK customers include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout system. Rainbae does not store or have access to your full payment details.
We're currently exploring additional payment options, including Klarna and Clearpay, to make shopping with Rainbae even more convenient. We'll share updates as soon as they become available.

Rainbae offers both fully waterproof and water-resistant products. Each product page clearly states whether an item is waterproof or water-resistant, along with its performance features and intended use.
Yes. Rainbae products are designed for everyday life. They combine genuine weather protection with comfort, ease of movement, and thoughtful design, making them suitable for commuting, school runs, travel, and everyday adventures in changing weather.
Our waterproof garments are made using 100% recycled polyester and feature fully taped seams, BIONIC-FINISH® ECO water-repellent technology, and performance fabrics rated up to 15000 mm waterproof and 10000 mm breathable. These elements work together to help keep rain out while maintaining comfort throughout the day.
The lifespan of waterproof products depends on how they are used and cared for. With proper care and maintenance, Rainbae products are designed to provide long-lasting performance and become trusted everyday companions rather than disposable items.
To help maintain the performance and longevity of your Rainbae outerwear:
• Wash gently by hand or on a delicate machine cycle at 30°C
• Use mild detergent only — avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals
• Do not tumble dry; hang or lay flat to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight
• Do not iron or dry clean, as excessive heat and chemicals may damage the waterproof treatment
With proper care, your garment will continue to perform and look its best for years to come.
Like all technical outerwear, waterproof performance may gradually reduce with regular wear and repeated washing. Following the recommended care instructions will help extend the life and performance of your Rainbae garment.
