A little care goes a long way.
Rainbae is made to go places with you — through sudden showers, everyday walks, weekend adventures and all the weather in between.
Our rainwear is designed to protect you from the elements, but like anything made to last, how you care for it matters.
The good news? It doesn’t need much.
Start simple
After a rainy day, there’s usually no need to wash your Rainbae.
Shake off any excess water, hang it somewhere with good airflow and let it dry naturally before putting it away.
If you notice a little mud or a mark, start by gently wiping the area with a damp cloth. Often, that’s all it needs.
Less washing isn’t just easier — it also helps preserve the fabric, waterproof finish and overall appearance for longer.
When it needs a wash
Sometimes a wipe isn’t quite enough.
When a deeper clean is needed, hand wash your Rainbae gently in cold water.
Avoid harsh treatment, scrubbing or anything that could put unnecessary stress on the fabric and construction.
A gentle wash is enough to freshen it up while helping protect the qualities that make it ready for rainy days.
Skip the machine and the heat
Your Rainbae should not be machine washed, tumble dried or bleached.
High heat and aggressive washing can affect technical fabrics, waterproof finishes and garment construction.
Instead, keep things simple: cold hand wash when necessary, then allow it to air dry naturally.
Before you put it away
Make sure your Rainbae is completely dry before storing it.
Leaving waterproof outerwear folded or packed away while damp can create
unwanted odours and isn't good for the fabric over time.
Once dry, hang it up or store it somewhere cool and dry until the next adventure.

Made to be worn, made to last
We believe good design shouldn't be something you enjoy for only one season.
Rainbae combines waterproof performance with artist-led design to create pieces
made for real life — and caring for them well is one small way to help them stay with you for longer.
Wear it often. Take it outside. Get caught in the rain.
Care for it well. Wear it everywhere.
